Advertising Terms and Conditions

When you buy an advertising square(s) you are “buying” the right to display your image based web link on Clicknbuystore home page in the location you selected for a period of one (1) year.

The advertising space requirements are as follow:

- Image must be in a gif or jpeg format
- No animation is allowed
- Images must be the exact size of the square(s) being purchased
- Links must begin with the www
- All changes will in incur a $5.00 administrative fee.
- Each order is for one square or an area comprised of more than one square.

All links submitted must point directly to legitimate web pages only – no FTP, mail to, etc. No websites using frames are allowed.

No web sites that display, promote or are linked to obscene mature, offensive, hatefull or illegal subject matter is allowed. Clicknbuystore reserves the sole right to make this determination.

You must be the owner or have the legal authority to promote your web site.

The term of this agreement is for one year and will automatically be renewed upon receipt of the renewal payment.

All advertising order submissions are subject to our approval and we reserve the sole right to refuse your submissions.

All payments must be made thru our Paypal account. You will then receive an automatic email confirmation.
Submissions will not be posted until the required payment is received and processed.

Any violations as described in the agreement will void this agreement and no refund will be provided.

Refunds will only be given if the Clicknbuystore site is down frequently for extended periods of time.
