1. How it works?

Simply drop off what you want to sell or call/email to schedule an item pickup. Our pickup fee is $40.00. Our staff will ask questions which will assist us in best describing your item(s) and to accurately handle buyer inquiries. The items will be stored carefully and securely at our facility for the duration of the auction. Our address is 6801 NW 77th Ave., Suite 404, Miami, FL 33166.

Professional digital photos are taken by our staff and a product listing designed to attract the highest number of buyers on ebay or our warehouse is created. Our customer service staff will promptly answer any buyer inquiries.

Step 3: CLICK’NBUYSTORE Sends You A Check

CLICK’NBUYSTORE will collect all payments from the highest bidder on your item(s). When the funds have been collected, your item(s) will be carefully packaged and shipped to the buyer. A check will be mailed to you stating the sales price less our service fees. It's really that easy.

2.Why sell through ebay?

ebay is the world's largest marketplace for new and used goods. Because millions of shoppers visit ebay every day, the odds are that someone is searching for the item(s) that you have to sell. 3. What kinds of items can I sell? Are there any price/weight restrictions?

We will accept any item or set of items that are not prohibited by ebay with estimated values of $40 or more. If there's a market for it, we'll find it!. We use FEDEX Ground for our shipping so the item must be size and weight that FEDEX can ship. On valuable larger items we can list as "Local pick up only".

4. What is a gallery picture?

6. Do I have to sign anything?

A short listing agreement must be completed and signed before we list your item(s), and is for the sole purpose of preventing any misunderstandings, and protecting both of our interests.

7. Why do we have to take possession of the item(s)?

Due to the fact that ebay holds the Trading Assistant responsible for all auctions listed, all items must be in our possession before listing, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, so that we may verify each item's description, and ensure that the item is shipped in a timely manner once the item(s) are sold. We provide you with a receipt for all merchandise left with us.

8. What selling options do I have available to me?

We have a selection of plans to fit every need. They are as follows: Basic, Premium Plans. For more details, please refer to the fees and services section of our web site.

9. What is CLICK’NBUYSTORE's commission?

Our commission is a flat 33% for the basic or premium plan and does not include ebay's and paypal's fees.

10. What if an item sells below the $50 minimum estimated value?

On occasion, items will not perform to expectations, and ebay and CLICK’NBUYSTORE cannot guarantee any item's performance. CLICK’NBUYSTORE will commission all auctions at a minimum $9.99. It's in CLICK’NBUYSTORE's interest to see that each item has a chance to succeed, and we do everything we can to make this happen.

11. What if my item doesn't sell?

If your item doesn't sell the first time, we'll re-list it a second time at no additional cost to you! If unsold the second time then you will have the option to re-list again. The minimum starting bid price for the Premium Plan would have to be lowered at least 25% for each additional re-list If an item remains unsold then it will be returned to you or donated to charity if you so desire.

12. Who sets the price?

The final selling price is set by the market. In the auction method of marketing, each item is sold to the highest bidder. Our job is to position your item(s) on ebay and draw the highest number of bidders to bid on them.

13. How long does the whole process take?

It depends on when we receive your items in relation to the date of our next auction and how quickly our buyers pay for their items. It can take up to two weeks to prepare a large collection for auction, but only a few days for a single item. Once an item is sold, it can take up to two weeks to collect the payment and make sure the buyer receives the item in satisfactory condition. At that point, we will mail your check to you.

Our staff will ask questions which will assist us in best describing your item(s) and to accurately handle buyer inquiries. If you are Business, we will sell your excess inventory, closeouts, dated merchandise or can be an additional selling outlet for your company.
