We work hard to present accurate, detailed
information about every item we sell. If you have any questions,
please email us before placing your bid. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within
three (3) days and return the item(s) within seven (7) days of
delivery for a full refund of your purchase price. Item(s)
must be in sellable condition and include all original packaging
upon return. Items listed "as is" are ineligible
for return, so please bid accordingly.
Damaged Goods
You must purchase insurance at the time of
your purchase in order to be covered for loss or damage during
shipment. Please contact us within three (3) days
of the items delivery to file a claim and to arrange for inspection
of the damaged shipment.
Payment Policy
To the Buyer: Payment must
be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. If payment
is not received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and
a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.
To the Seller: Once an Item
is sold, it can take up to three weeks to collect payment and
make sure the buyer receive the item in satisfactory condition.
At that point, we will mail a check to you.
