Damaged
Goods
Exept for Federal Express (carrier that
we always use), you must purchase insurance at the time
of your purchase in order to be covered for loss or damage
during shipment. Please contact us within three
(3) days of the items delivery to file a claim
and to arrange for inspection of the damaged shipment.

Payment
Policy
To (Ebay
Store) Buyer: Payment must be
received within 7 days of the close of the auction. If payment
is not received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked
and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.
To (Our
Store) Buyer: When purchasing
from our store, payment must also be received within 7 days
of the purchase. If payment is not received within 7 days
the transaction will be voided.
To the Seller: Once
an Item is sold, it can take up to two weeks to collect
payment and make sure the buyer receive the item in satisfactory
condition. At that point, we will mail a check to you.

SHIPPING
The buyer pays shipping costs to be calculated
at the end of the auction plus a $5.00
handling fee in our store the handling fee is $3.00.
The handling fee is to cover packaging and labor costs only.
At this time eBay only lists UPS and
USPS to calculate shipping charges but, our shipper of choice
is FedEx and when appropriate we will ship USPS.
- All items are shipped via FedEx Ground, Air or USPS.
- Packages are automatically insured by FedEx up to the
sum of $100.
Additional insurance is available for items of a higher
value.
- FedEx does not ship to PO Box addresses
